The story of CURATA first began
as a curated shop for the home —

…and soon became a place to share my art
& the joy I found in painting cowboys.

I began painting horses
as a way of healing & reconnecting with myself,
for their raw beauty and form
and their deep symbolism with freedom & strength.

What started out as play,
became an exploration of values
I was searching for in myself.
